Master Class Culture-Reset
Program Details
Day 1: Pre-Work (1.5 hours)
In order to design a successful culture reset strategy you need to understand your organization environment, starting with yourself. In step, of the journey we'll give you the right tools and methods to analyze yourself, your current culture and gather data.
Day 2: Six Step Road Map (Half day)
With all this culture data it's very easy to feel overwhelmed so we've prepared a few techniques to help you draw the right conclusions
